Technical Support Analyst
InvGate is a SaaS company that develops 3 different IT management and automation products. We have clients in over 50 countries, and sales offices in Chile, Mexico, and the US. We are a fresh, young company, with a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
We are looking for a Bilingual or Trilingual Technical Support Analyst to join our team. Some of the responsibilities of the role include: providing technical and functional support to clients all over the world, through different channels such as email, tickets, and remote sessions (Teamviewer/zoom/etc), checking clients' configurations, and suggesting improvements and best practices to maximize the platform efficiency, and working closely with the development and customer success teams to troubleshoot issues.
