At Webafrica, we are looking to provide opportunities for school leavers to get in on the action while learning and growing. Most importantly, to do so with the company.
We are on the hunt for hungry individuals who are looking to enter the working world. Specifically, the industry of Technical Support and Customer service.
This internship will be for a period of 12 months. After which, if you make the cut and have made your mark, we may invite you to become a permanent Webafrican.

Grade 12 and / or relevant qualification – At least a B Aggregate in English 1st Language and Mathematics HG
A Fibre connection – must have
Basic to intermediate Computer Skills

What you will be doing exactly
The successful applicants will be learning from our Tech Gurus within the company. Training will be provided on the Technical Support areas within Webafrica to prepare you for a career in the Technical Support role in the ICT space.
The majority of your time will be spent learning about the company, industry, and technical skills that will provide you with a solid base for your tech career. that will form the basis of the start of your technical career,.
On-the-job and real-time training will also be provided, giving you an opportunity to kick-start your career by putting all that you learn into action.
