Technical Support Representative

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide technical support in French (for customers) and English (for developers) via chat and voice channels
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues using MySQL
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to the development team when necessary
  • Ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Act as a bridge between customers and developers, communicating technical details clearly and effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native / fluent in French both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
  • Strong understanding of MySQL
  • Knowledge / familiarity with Postman will be considered as an advantage
  • Available to work in shift rotation - Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM
  • High school degree or equivalent (or higher)
  • No prior work experience required, but a solid knowledge of MySQL is essential
  • Knack for technology and providing outstanding customer support
  • Ability to attend 2 week of office based training in Porto (accommodation support during training period provided).
