Overview:

As a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our future by attracting and hiring the best talent in technology. Collaborating with peers and leaders in Engineering, Product and Information Technology, the Technical Talent Acquisition Partner identifies and brings onboard the designers, builders, and visionaries for our cutting-edge platform. Through an innovative approach, this person implements interview best practices, champions Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB), and ensures candidates are having a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

What You'll Do:

  • Attract Top Talent: Develop and deliver innovative recruitment strategies to attract technologists across our Technical Teams, including Engineering, Product Management, User Experience, and Information Technology. Engage with new and existing partners to enhance the Workiva brand, fostering a strong external network.
  • Search Strategy: Define, refine, and execute effective search strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
  • Influencing Best Practices: Shape best practices and foster innovation by actively monitoring market trends, leveraging data insights, and engaging in effective communication with peers and leaders. 
  • Project Ownership: Take ownership of delivering projects across a matrix of teams, contributing to the overall success of our talent acquisition initiatives.
  • DEIB Leadership: Leverage your expertise to drive Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging in all aspects of the hiring process. Be a champion for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.

What You'll Need:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4 years of progressive recruitment experience 
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of career experience and expertise
  • 2 years experience hiring for technical roles such as Software Engineers, Product Managers, and User Experience professionals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven success leading Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging hiring results within the technology space.
  • Experience working within a high-tech corporate recruiting environment
  • Familiarity with Workday and/or similar applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience implementing interviewing best practices.
  • Expertise in employer branding strategies and partnership. 
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in technology and talent acquisition.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

  • Up to 10% travel
  • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office.

How You’ll Be Rewarded:

  • Salary range in the US: 

$79,000.00 - $134,000.00

  • A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
  • Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
  • 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant factors.
