We are looking for a committed and reliable technical writer to join Claroty’s team of documentation experts. Our ideal candidate should have strong work ethic and be proactive, empathic, cooperative, and adaptable.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a complex Agile environment and collaborate with Claroty’s multi-disciplinary teams of Product, R&D, QA, customer support, and marketing specialists.
  • Gather and analyze technical information, gain a deep understanding of products and services, and translate complex information into simple, engaging content.
  • Plan, develop, write, and maintain technical manuals, knowledge base articles, release notes, API documentation, and online help.
  • Independently manage documentation for a dedicated product line.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of experience as a technical writer.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with precise English grammar.
  • Proficient in implementing consistent technical writing style.
  • Familiarity with information design, data presentation, and communication principles.
  • Quick grasp of complex concepts.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments independently.
  • Experience using component-based content management systems for content reuse.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity is a plus.
  • Experience with Paligo is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CSS and HTML is a plus.
  • Professional certification is a plus.
  • Understanding SaaS and cloud products is a plus.
