Our founders built a previous agency (Monsoon) that was acquired by Capital One in 2015.
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Technical Writer specializing in AI and Developer Productivity to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content that will drive sales and increase brand visibility primarily through LinkedIn posts, articles, and other types of content. As our Technical Writer, you will have a crucial role in establishing our thought leadership in the financial services industry and communicating the value of our AI and developer productivity solutions to potential clients.
Responsibilities
- Research and understand our AI and developer productivity solutions, as well as the financial services industry, to create accurate and compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
- Write a series of LinkedIn posts, articles, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and other relevant content that showcases our expertise and promotes our consulting services to financial services professionals.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, developers, and other team members in order to gather information and insights to create comprehensive and well-structured content.
- Craft content that demonstrates thought leadership, addresses pain points, and highlights the unique benefits of our AI and developer productivity solutions.
- Optimize content for SEO to increase visibility and organic traffic to our website.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and ensure consistency of messaging across various channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and developer productivity to provide valuable insights and expert opinions in your writing.
- Proofread and edit content for accuracy, grammar, clarity, and coherence.
- Monitor the performance of content and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the AI or developer productivity domain.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of AI technologies, developer productivity tools, and their application in the financial services industry.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to write in a clear, concise, and engaging manner, tailoring content for different audiences.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and the ability to optimize content accordingly.
- Strong research skills to gather information from diverse sources and translate complex concepts into accessible content.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience creating content for LinkedIn posts, articles, blog posts, and other digital platforms.
- Familiarity with marketing principles and an understanding of how content can drive sales and conversions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
