Since 2020, we've journeyed far from a one-person startup to a cross-functional team of 45+. Now, we're searching for a Technical Writer to join our *Developer Relations Team and have an impact on the excellent developer experience that Oxla as a product constantly strives for.

What will you do as a Technical Writer at Oxla?
- Planning, creating, and maintaining Oxla developer documentation in collaboration with Oxla Engineering Teams
- Planning, designing, and implementing Oxla’s developer documentation critical user journey and creating information architectures and navigation flows that help the end audience
- Preparing docs development style guides
- Working with Oxla Engineering Teams on crafting educational content helping Oxla customers
- Developing technical guides for Oxla blog
- Spotting in-team and cross-team workflows' and procedures' flaws and implementing improvements or developing end-to-end processes
What is a must-have to do the job effectively?
- Great experience in researching and technical writing related to SDKs, APIs, frameworks, or database systems development
- Hands-on experience with SQL
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Knowledge of general technical writing patterns (the good and bad ones)
- Functional knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Git in day-to-day work
- Proactive communication mindset
- Cross-team collaboration skills proven by experience
- Effective time, work, and priorities management
- Strong attention to detail
- Curiosity
- Experience working in a remote environment
- Great command of English
What will be nice to have that you can bring to the table?
- Experience creating content for technical audiences, e.g. tutorials, courses, blog articles, videos, manuals
- Experience with frontend tech (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Product-oriented mindset
