Now we are looking for a Technical Writer to join our team. 

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Refactor and maintain technical support Wiki according to the internal style guides.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure the content covers all aspects of our products and services.
  • Create technical documentation and process guides and descriptions in collaboration with Technical Support managers.
  • Create visual assets, such as UML/BPMN charts.
  • Ongoing articles audit – to make sure the content is always relevant and up to date.
  • Regularly receive and process feedback on existing materials.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and other documents.
  • Enhancements and improvements of content management strategies in collaboration with Technical Support managers.

About You:

  • B2 level or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 2-3+ years in creating and managing technical documentation.
  • In-depth understanding of Atlassian products, particularly Confluence.
  • Understanding of documentation strategies and content management.
  • Ability to gather, organise, and convey complex information in a clear, concise manner tailored to various audiences.
  • Experience as a Knowledge Base (KB) maintainer or in building and executing knowledge management processes, ensuring accurate and accessible documentation across teams.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to gather information and maintain consistent documentation standards.

Will be a plus:

  • Theoretical/practical knowledge of programming languages.
  • Experience with Git.
  • HTML knowledge.
  • Understanding of the RESTful API concept.
