We are currently seeking a talented and driven Telesales Representative to join our team. As a Telesales Representative, you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone calls to generate and qualify leads
- Conduct sales calls to promote products or services, explain features and benefits, and answer customer questions
- Understand customer needs and customize sales pitches to effectively present solutions that meet their requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and customer loyalty
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team and other stakeholders to optimize sales processes and achieve sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape
Requirements
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales role
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve sales targets
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Previous experience in B2B sales is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or education in sales or marketing is a plus
