About the Temp Events Marketing Manager at Headspace Health:

The Events Marketing Manager will oversee tradeshow sponsorships, virtual events and Headspace Health hosted field events. This role will be focused primarily on acquiring new customers and building relationships with prospects and consultants at events nationwide. The role will be a part of the Growth Marketing team and work closely with sales, Corporate Marketing and creative. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of event experience and at least 1-2 years of experience working with a demand generation team. This person will need to be detail oriented, work well under pressure and deadlines and work well cross functionally.

This is a temporary role until the end of June with potential to extend.

How your skills and passion will come to life at Headspace Health:

  • Plan and manage Headspace Health's presence at industry events (both virtual and in-person) to create new sales opportunities, accelerate existing sales pipeline and deepen our existing customer relationships.
  • Manage end-to-end event coordination with vendors, agencies and cross-functional team support including: booth design, materials creation, contract negotiation, event messaging/marketing, promotional items, vendor management and post-event follow up.
  • Execute on Headspace Health hosted events regionally to increase brand awareness and drive new leads in target regions or in target accounts.
  • Leverage Hubspot/Salesforce pre and post events for follow-up and tracking.
  • Own post-campaign analysis and deliver wrap-up reports, ROI analysis, and generate learnings for improvement and optimization
  • Manage collateral, swag and booth inventory with external vendors and ensure materials are delivered to both marketing and sales hosted events.
  • Some travel may be required

What you’ve accomplished:

  • 5+ years of event marketing experience with 1-2 years of demand generation experience
  • You're organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage and prioritize multiple projects and workflows simultaneously
  • Strong, quick critical and creative thinker, with a solutions oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great collaboration and communication skills to work with all types of teams and personalities
  • Experience working in high-growth, B2B start-up environments
  • Comfortable working with remote teams located in multiple regions across the globe
  • Excellent written and oral communications
  • Stellar project management skills
  • Experience working in health tech or HR tech is a plus.
