The ideal candidate has a passion for cider, a knack for creating engaging social media video content, and the drive to learn and grow within a rapidly expanding industry. This is a temporary position, approximately from April 1st 2024 - October 31st, 2024.
The ideal candidate is passionate about social media and creating content that resonates with a given audience. As a Content Creator, you will be producing attention-grabbing short-form videos that are trend-forward while communicating Schilling's brand values and key messaging points. This role involves creating short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram to promote Schilling brands, such as Excelsior Imperial Ciders and VIDA MATÉ. Primary Responsibilities
- Create multiple short-form videos per week under the leadership of the Social Media Manager.
- Familiar with TikTok trends including trending audio, filters, challenges, memes, etc to design content that is timely, relevant, shareable, engaging, and in alignment with brand messaging and marketing initiatives.
- Pitch video concepts to Social Media Manager, and provide project updates, capture content, edit content, modify content direction based on feedback, and submit deliverables for approval adhering to project deadlines.
- Create content for multiple product lines and brands within the Schilling family, each with a unique brand voice and tone.
- Must understand and comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding category compliance.
Requirements
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 with booster shot completed
- Videography, photography, and editing skills
- Possess required gear for content capture and editing, no tools provided
- Must understand and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a content creator role either at a brand or agency preferred
- 2+ years experience with personal brand content creation
- Food/beverage industry knowledge is preferred.
Benefits
- Temporary position approximately from April 1 – October 31
- Compensation ranges from $20 - $25/hour for up to 20 hours per week, dependent on experience

And while the glycol chiller that we run today couldn't even fit in that garage, the same spirit for making bold, flavor-forward ciders and always figuring out how to do it better lives on today. Schilling Cider is the second largest cider producer in the US thanks to the team of people who work across the company. That growth has been enabled with the installation of a high-speed canning line capable of 1,200cpm. We're looking to add team members to help care for our equipment and improve processes. While it is no longer in a garage, the same culture and drive are there in what we do today and what we're laying the groundwork for tomorrow.
