At this point, Zelh is looking for a Track and Trace Representative for the logistics platform for the built world.
Responsibilities:
- Regularly track the movement of shipments using specialized software or systems.
- Monitor freight movements in real-time to identify any deviations or delays.
- Update and maintain accurate records of shipment details, including origin, destination, route, and expected delivery times.
- Provide timely updates to customers and internal teams regarding the status of shipments.
- Identify and address any issues that may impact the timely delivery of shipments.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve problems, such as transportation delays or customs issues.
Working conditions:
- Working schedule: 7 am - 4 pm CST

Job requirements
- 1+ years of experience in the customer support field
- English level - upper-intermediate or higher
- Ability to work in a high-stress/paced environment
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Customer Support will be appreciated
- PC proficient (Microsoft Office preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
