Business Operations at Curai
We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join Business Operations as a Training and Special Projects Associate. We are searching for an exceptional candidate who can bring their expertise and skills to make a valuable contribution to our organization. The successful applicant will be expected to investigate, collect, and interpret data, utilizing various research methodologies to inform decision-making processes, support projects, and drive innovation. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of our workforce and play a key role in the successful execution of strategic projects

What You’ll Do
Special Projects
• Conduct in-depth research on specific topics or areas within operations to gather pertinent information, analyze data, and formulate insights that contribute to Curai’s objectives.
• Work closely with the operations manager to support the planning and executing of special projects.
• Assist in project documentation, including timelines, milestones, and progress reports.
• Coordinate project-related communications and meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
• Assist in budget tracking and expense management related to training and projects.
• Compile and analyze data related to training programs and special projects.
• Prepare regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Training Program Coordination and Management
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify clinical and non-clinical/operational training needs and objectives.
• Develop and maintain training schedules, ensuring timely delivery of programs.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including modality arrangements, materials, and technology requirements.
• Assist in creating, designing, and updating training materials, manuals, and resources.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of clinical and operational training programs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, etc, for the operations team and cross-functional partners in the organization.
• Prepare clinical and operational educational material such as module summaries, videos, etc.
• Support new operations team members' training during onboarding.
• Keep records of attendance and training module status of completion
• Monitor employee participation and response to training.
• Align clinical and operational training resources across the organization to drive consistency.
What You’ll Need
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field or equivalent work experience
• Exposure to and Familiarity with Learning Management Systems required
• Proficient in Google Office (esp. Slides, Doc, and Sheets)
• Proficiency or exposure to e-learning software (TalentLMS) is an asset
• Professional experience as a trainer/educator is not required but is a plus
• Understanding and/or ability to identify effective teaching methodologies and tools
• Project management experience a plus
• A clinical background is a plus

The annual base salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $75,000. Stock grants also play a key part in any offer, they increase your overall compensation package significantly based on company success. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
