The UI Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly web designs, social media banners, and newsletter templates that enhance user experience and align with our brand guidelines.   You will be our brand ambassador, review agency projects, and provide guidelines and feedback. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our digital presence. Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging visual designs for websites, social media banners, and newsletters. Create wireframes, templates, mockups, and prototypes, attention to details.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to ensure user-centered designs. Conduct user research and usability testing.  
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain consistent look and feel across digital platforms, update designs to align with brand standards, review projects from external agencies to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and provide feedback, protect brand identity in all visual outputs.  
  • Work with developers, marketers, and content creators. Participate in brainstorming sessions.
  • Manage a library of design assets, optimize images and graphics for web use.
  • Stay updated on web design trends and tools. Experiment with new design techniques.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Required Education: BA or graphic design, UX certificate is a plus 
  • Minimum Required Experience: Minimum of 3 years of web design, digital marketing, or a related field 
  • Proficient knowledge of Figma, Adobe CC and Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, WordDocs), Basic understanding of HTML, CSS is a plus  
  • Have a balance of strategic thinking, project management, execution, and analytical skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams across different geographies  
  • Solid understanding of website goals and objectives from a digital marketing perspective  
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills  
  • Good research, analytical and problem-solving skills  
  • Portfolio with projects to demonstrate creativity, skills and vision. 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (English) 

 Preferred:

  • At least 3 years of web related experience in the B2B market, web & graphic design, related fields   
  • Ability to articulate design concepts
