UI/UX Designer
Description
RevolutionAI is hiring an experienced and talented UX/UI designer to shape our mobile app for a diverse global audience.
The UX Designer will focus on end-to-end flows, features, and experiences for the ImaginAIrium and SentiVest apps. You will be responsible for collaborating on user research and translating insights into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes. You will also take the lead on usability testing to help inform and iterate on user flows and interactions and to continually improve the quality of our products.
The UX Designer works closely with a marketing, graphic designer, product managers and the engineering team. They will make thoughtful and deliberate design decisions that take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our 5 million users worldwide. You will also help champion an empathy-driven, user-first mentality across the company that both elevates our level of product design and works to achieve our company goals.
What you’ll do:
- Utilize UX research methods such as usability testing, surveys, and customer interviews to assess the user experience and design
- Facilitate product visioning for our apps by usability testing, surveys, and customer interviews, sketching, and prototyping experiences for the apps
- Identify user and design problems and devise elegant solutions
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences across a wide range of devices and interfaces
- Make thoughtful and strategic design decisions that realize broad, conceptual ideas for our 5 million users worldwide
- Advocate for design by sharing your work and presenting cross-functionally, while being able to precisely articulate your design rationale
- Partner with engineering to ensure that our implementation and user experience is high-quality and performant.
- Contribute to building a quantitative and data-based decision-making culture
- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
- Ask questions, take risks and champion new ideas
Who you are:
- Significantly experienced (approx 5+ years) in a UX design role, with knowledge of UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile design.
- Experienced in designing mobile consumer software including shipping prototypes and iterating on existing products in versions 2, 3 and beyond.
- Experienced in developing or contributing to a design system, such as a HIG, for a given app or company.
- Great communicator that loves collaborative working with a globally distributed team.
- Passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.
- Open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.

Requirements
- Modern UX/UI design tools such as Figma, Principle, InVision, and/or Sketch.
- Adobe tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.
- User-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
- Creating a portfolio showing smart, thoughtful design work through wireframes, sketches, and user flows.
- Must have 3+ years of UX/UI Experience in agency, company, or high level freelance experience
- Team player who cares about their work as much as we do
- Client facing experience; Comfortable with clients
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to function well in a self-directed, team-oriented environment.
- Must have experience using graphic, prototyping, and analysis tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to help/assist in Digital Graphic design as well
- Candidates must have a strong portfolio which demonstrates the elements above.
