Position Overview: The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for delivering the best user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be designing ideas using various methods and the latest technology. You will be designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, forms, and widgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• UI/UX Design:

o Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.

o Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.

o Design intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

o Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed.

• User Research:

o Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.

o Develop personas and usage scenarios.

o Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience.

• Collaboration:

o Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.

o Work closely with developers to see your design through to implementation.

o Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all designs meet company goals and standards.

• Prototyping:

o Create prototypes of your designs for testing and presentation.

o Conduct usability testing and gather feedback.

Design Systems:

o Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

o Maintain a cohesive and consistent look and feel across all products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field.

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

• Portfolio of design projects.

• Knowledge of Figma.

• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

• Good time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 JavaScript.

• Experience with design thinking methodologies.
