Tasks

  • Develop and refine processes for employee motivation, training, adaptation, and recruitment.
  • Ensure compliance with US labor laws and regulations.
  • Design and implement effective HR strategies that align with our company goals.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of HR policies and procedures.
  • Leverage HR expertise to support our team's development and wellbeing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in non-tech HR and recruitment;
  • Profound knowledge of US labor legislation is essential;
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills;
  • At least 1 year of proven experience working in a US company's HR department;
  • Ability to work remotely adhering to the New York time zone (9 AM to 6 PM New York);
  • Experience in developing motivation, training, adaptation, and recruitment processes;
  • Background in the insurance industry is a plus.

Location:

Remote (Must be available during New York working hours: 9 AM to 6 PM)
