About the role

Huckleberry users are big fans and we have benefitted from their word-of-mouth. Now we are looking to grow our team with an experienced User Acquisition Manager to help spread the word and drive user growth. As a UA Manager, reporting to the Senior Manager of UA, you will be responsible for successfully executing user acquisition strategies while closely collaborating with cross-functional teams to reach company growth goals.

This is a 40-hour-per-week, 12-month, fully remote, 1099 contract position. The rate is between $45 and $60 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize user acquisition and retargeting/remarketing campaign budgets across various channels, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize campaign impact.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular reporting of campaign results. Document results and learnings of tests.
  • Manage creative production of assets to support paid campaigns and app store updates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user acquisition and mobile marketing.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a performance marketing role.
  • In-depth understanding and experience with major advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Apple Search Ads. Additional platforms and ad networks are a plus
  • Experience working with an MMP (e.g., AppsFlyer)
  • Knowledge of Apple’s SKAN and conversion schemas
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent sense of accountability and ownership
  • A blend of creative and analytical approaches to problem-solving
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment and taking on projects outside the normal scope of user acquisition
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle the uncertainties and ambiguities you might encounter in a typical startup environment
  • Comfortable working remotely
  • Experience working in a vertical that caters to parents of young children is a plus

Compensation

  • Hourly Rate $45 - $60 per hour, dependent on experience
