As a UX Designer, you will play a critical role in designing and enhancing the user experience of our cybersecurity products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop intuitive and secure interfaces that meet user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business objectives.
  • Perform usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate on design solutions.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes.
  • Communicate design ideas and present solutions to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a UX Designer, preferably within the cybersecurity domain2.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX design and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Working Model:

  • This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend on-site meetings only occasionally based on business needs. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
