You're a storyteller, a communicator, a bridge between the complexities of DeFi and the everyday user.
If this sounds like you, then welcome aboard! We're on the hunt for a talented UX Writer who's ready to take the plunge into the exhilarating world of Web3. As the torchbearer of our UX writing discipline, you'll be a pioneer, establishing our tone of voice across products, and collaborating with key stakeholders across the business.
In this role, you won't be confined to the sidelines. You'll be at the heart of the action, working alongside the Head of Design and our dynamic Product teams. At RDX Works, we don't just take orders; we innovate, we ideate, we revolutionize. We're looking for someone who shares our proactive spirit, someone who's not afraid to generate groundbreaking ideas to meet novel needs.
You'll get to dive into a myriad of projects, from a unique mobile wallet app and browser extension to intricate web apps that cover a broad spectrum of Web3 features and user experiences, including onboarding, staking, developer tools, and beyond. Plus, you'll contribute to UX libraries specifically crafted for developers.
So if you're ready to take risks, experiment, and push boundaries, then strap in. The world of DeFi is waiting for you, and at RDX Works, the future is in your hands!

- A trailblazer in UX writing: You'll define the UX writing discipline within the design team, setting the gold standard for best practices.
- Care about the user experience: You find joy in crafting clear, concise, and user-friendly text for user interfaces, from button labels to error messages, instructional text, and other UI components.
- A boundary pusher: You're excited to be part of a dynamic design team that's breaking new ground in the Web3 space.
- A brand ambassador: You'll develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all digital products - creating compelling copy that aligns with our brand, product and tech offerings
- A researcher at heart: You're ready to participate in user research and usability testing, incorporating your findings into your writing.
- An editor with an eye for detail: You'll review and edit existing content for clarity, usability, and brand consistency.

- A trendsetter: You'll stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the Web3 space, incorporating this knowledge into your writing.
- A cultural fit: If our company values resonate with you - Ask for help, Get shit done. Be excellent to each other. Take the initiative, You’ve got this. Do the right thing, not the easy thing. Strong opinions, loosely held - then you're our kind of person!

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication and collaboration skills that make teamwork a dream.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma is a plus, but not a deal-breaker.

Who are we?
At RDX Works, we're a team of like-minded thinkers who have long been convinced that we're living in the earliest stages of a global financial revolution. This revolution is being fuelled by decentralized finance (or DeFi for short), which is enabling an assortment of pioneering developers and entrepreneurs to re-invent almost every financial product that is currently traded and invested in traditional markets, without requiring central authorities or siloed infrastructure. DeFi has captured a great deal of attention and investment in the crypto-aware niche, growing assets under management from $1 billion to over $200 billion in a few years. Impressive as its growth has been, its current market size isn't even a rounding error on the over $400 trillion held in traditional finance. We're focused on what it will take to go from billions to trillions.
RDX went back to first principles to come up with the right technical solution—the first layer-one protocol built specifically for mainstream DeFi—and we have already tested out at over 1 million transactions per second. We're keenly aware that the need for an infinitely scalable platform is only one prerequisite among many for mass adoption, and we're also blazing new ground in the areas of purpose-built developer tools, user experiences, and regulatory integration.
We have forged a path deep into the future of what distributed ledger technology is going to look like and we need you to come and be part of the team that is making that happen right now.
If this job sounds like it was made for you, then please apply directly via the link or if you don’t have an up to date CV to apply with, contact careers@rdx.works for more information.
Alternatively, if you feel like you don’t match all of the requirements, we would love you to still apply anyway. We understand that confidence gaps and imposter syndrome can get in the way of meeting incredible candidates and we wouldn’t want this to prevent us from meeting you; especially as we are big advocates of helping people learn & grow. This is also another reason we do not advertise salaries, we want to keep it as even a playing field as possible!
