The Role

This role will help us to empower our customers to quickly get the help and resources they need when they need it. As the first role of its kind at Sprinto, you can partner with the product managers and Technical Writing and Design teams to develop standards, best practices, and processes to elevate the Sprinto products.

Responsibilities

  • 4+ years of experience with digital products and brands. Special consideration for experience with B2B, SaaS or enterprise applications
  • A strong portfolio of written work that shows business impact and results
  • A solid knowledge of UX writing principles and processes
  • Ability to articulate your thoughts and work with others to bring ideas to life
  • Understanding of the importance of testing and iterating on work
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
  • Can become an expert on our products, distilling complex ideas down into language that’s approachable
  • Comfort with presenting your work and explaining your thinking
  • Have a dedicated passion for user-focused product experiences

Requirements

  • Proven skills in developing product content and UX writing
  • Ability to quickly simplify sophisticated information for non-technical audiences
  • Experience applying data and user research to design decisions
  • Openness and willingness to receive and incorporate design feedback
  • Comfort with ambiguity as we scale our team and processes
  • Inquisitiveness; the ability to ask specific questions to learn more information
  • Comfort in prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to connect with various audiences
  • Comfortable navigating technical constraints and considerations with an engineering team
