UX/CX Copywriter

As we tackle this ambition, we are seeking a UX/CX copywriter who will write, create, and update content across both our UX and our customer service channels. Our goal is that these channels are anything but boring, and instead are engaging, informative and - dare we say - inspirational.

This is a 6-month contract position reporting into the Director of Brand Marketing.

What you'll do:

  • Ensure the brand voice is clear, consistent and engaging across every channel
  • Work with the creative and marketing teams to develop show-not-tell content to be used across channels, including social media, app, email marketing, customer service
  • Prioritize and analyze web traffic data to identify sub domain pages and help.li.me that need revisions/updates
  • Provide compelling, on-brand and informative content for UX and CX, including in-app experience, hubspot macros, chatbot and voice scripts
  • Collaborate with research team to develop concept app experiences for product research and tests 

About you:

  • 1-2 years of experience in copywriting and content development for a consumer brand, specifically in roles for UX/app design and/or customer service  
  • You’re constantly working on your copywriting craft – you’re meticulous about word choice and fanatical about details & brand voice. You’re also a rockstar copy editor too. 
  • Master of multiple writing styles, with a portfolio of examples that demonstrate flex into brand storytelling as well as more straightforward, informational or transactional copy  
  • Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • You’re both data and results driven – using data to both guide project plans & strategy while also relying on data to track measurable results 
  • Collaborative, creative and detail-oriented
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and with tremendous care, no matter the task, with a get-it-done attitude
  • High-energy, confident, driven and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

$69,000 - $100,000 a year

Benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence.
