UX/UI Designer

Posted Feb 7

We are looking for a UX/UI designer to join our large Seattle-based tech client’s gaming production team and support projects that include working closely with high visibility, senior leadership. In this role, you will help a team of talented stakeholders with AI integration techniques, voice and video enhancements, and other new creative elements. You will work in sprints to prototype, create designs and wire diagrams, and ultimately develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.

If you are the right fit, you know how to effectively engage with business development and key customers to understand customer pain points and goals. You also can efficiently analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design, and then execute on those needs, both on time and within budget. You, too, know how to present to high-level leadership and make sound design recommendations.

This is a remote, full time, contract engagement that could go up to 18 months in length, but will be re-approved on a quarterly basis. We offer a strong benefits package for full-time employees, including insurance coverage, paid time off, sick leave, wellness days, and access to ongoing learning resources. Please see steyer.net/benefits for more information about eligibility and offerings.

Pay rate range, depending on experience level: 50-56/hr. W2.
