You have informed opinions about technology and system design and enjoy leading problem-solving sessions. You're a personable team player with strong written and verbal communication skills. You manage your team effectively in a fully remote and distributed work environment.

Requirements

Lead the development of high-quality software design and architecture. Prioritize and guide team in executing tasks in the software development life cycle. Supervise the development of tools and applications, ensuring clean, efficient code. Oversee the automation of tasks through appropriate tools and scripting. Review and debug code. Ensure validation and verification testing is conducted. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products. Lead in designing features and writing specifications. Oversee the implementation of features according to specification. Ensure development phases are documented and systems are monitored. Ensure software is up-to-date with latest technologies. Ensure the team complies with established policies and patterns.
