Vice President, Revenue Operations

As the Vice President, Revenue Operations, this role will be tasked with helping scale an extremely fast growing organization. The VP needs to know how to run and manage an efficient sales process and have cadence knowledge. In addition, they must understand how to work in cross function with multiple departmewnts including marketing, sales, finance, etc. There will be direct reports, so this individual must have experience leading a team.

Here are a few more details into the role:

  • Partner with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional leadership on strategic operational projects designed to increase sales productivity, operational efficiency, and revenue
  • Build data validation controls and own reporting processes, spanning key sales pipeline, productivity metrics, and forecasting.
  • Work with current sales ops to maintain and scale current deals desk process
  • Own the whole commercial pipeline from content download to BDR engagement to post-close sale
  • Develop analytical frameworks, tools, and techniques to plan and communicate short and long term resource needs
  • Partner with leadership to set quotas and incentives for the sales team; manage the sales commissions process; track KPIs and manage sales performance on an ongoing basis
  • Hire team to define and refine key processes such as account transition, upsell strategy, BDR /AE handover.
  • Work with CRO, CFO, leadership team to come up with correct verticals for the business
  • Contribute to discussions of ICP

  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and to develop and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships
  • Experience developing comprehensive dashboards and reports - and process for Salesforce data entry
  • Proven experience improving processes within an organization through analysis and proper data management
