Job Description
We are a dynamic company serving clients in the United States, and we are currently seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be based in the Philippines, possessing excellent English communication skills. If you are organized, proactive, and able to work independently, we want to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities
- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls using RingCentral and manage call routing efficiently.
- Message Handling: Respond to voice messages promptly and direct them to the appropriate person within the organization.
- LinkedIn Communications: Monitor and respond to LinkedIn inbox messages and Inmails in a professional and timely manner.
- Email Management: Sort, prioritize, and route emails as needed. Respond to emails or draft responses on behalf of the company.
- Text Message Handling: Respond to text messages from clients or team members as required.
- Job Posting Support: Assist in formatting job postings and distribute them across various job platforms on the web.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for posting on free job sites.
- LinkedIn Engagement: Actively engage with relevant LinkedIn groups to promote our company and connect with potential clients or candidates.
- Contract Assistance: Help create contracts using Adobe and establish a streamlined process for quick edits and electronic signatures.
- Marketing Automation: Manage marketing automation tools and respond to inquiries or tasks related to marketing campaigns.
- Slack Setup and Training: Assist in setting up Slack for the company and provide training to team members who are not familiar with the platform.
- Candidate Sourcing: Source potential candidates for niche job openings and perform preliminary screenings.
- HR Background: Bonus points if you have a background in HR, such as experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), sourcing, and screening candidates.
Skills Requirement
- Based in the Philippines.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Immediate availability.
- Willingness to work US hours on a part-time basis.
- Proven ability to work independently and proactively manage tasks.
Required Experience
- Previous experience working with US clients.
