Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth online research, analyzing, and consolidating data, monitoring industry trends, collaborating with content and marketing teams, and managing social media platforms. Additionally, this individual will be involved in basic scriptwriting for video blogs, scheduling appointments, and handling general administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job Details:

  • Monday to Friday | 8 AM to 5 PM EST
  • *Following US Holidays

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough online research and listen to podcasts to gather relevant and accurate data points for the client's social media content and consumer products.
  • Analyze and consolidate research findings into comprehensive, coherent, and well-structured briefings.
  • Monitor and track industry trends, news, and competitor activities to ensure the client stays ahead of the curve in their content and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with the client's content and marketing teams to provide data-driven insights for social media posts and campaigns.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of research materials and ensure information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and the client, ensuring the timely delivery of research findings and reports.
  • Continuously improve research methodologies and seek out new sources of information to enhance the quality and depth of research conducted.
  • Schedule appointments and manage sending client's birthday gifts.
  • Manage social media platforms, including posting content and responding to comments from followers.
  • Write basic scripts for video blogs based on research findings.
  • Perform other general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in research, social media management, and content creation.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools for content management and analytics.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices in social media and content marketing.
  • Experience in scriptwriting.
  • Familiarity with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing client correspondence.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and tools.
  • High level of creativity and innovation in content creation and research methodologies.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
