VP of Finance
Description
Infinite Reality is currently seeking a Vice President of Finance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the company's financial operations including billing, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to the executive team to help guide business decisions.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure that financial reports are completed on time and accurately.
- Manage the company's financial relationships with investors, banks, and other financial institutions.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, coaching and mentoring team members to drive success.
- Develop, implement, and monitor financial metrics to evaluate the performance of the company and its projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a technology or advertising company.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Experience managing investor relations and fundraising efforts.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a finance team.
