About the role:
SplitMetrics is growing strongly and we are in search of a strategic VP of Product to lead our product team and take our MarTech product portfolio to the next level. As the VP of Product at SplitMetrics, you will be the final line of accountability in the product organization, owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the products. The role reports to the CEO, and will work closely with various stakeholders on the executive leadership team.
As the VP of Product, you will collaborate with a talented group of product managers and designers:
- Team of 8 product experts, all operating at the middle+ and senior level.
- Cross-functional squads with quarterly OKRs, aligned with the business goals.
- Squads deliver independently increasing expertise in the product streams.

What you’ll be doing:
- Long-Term Roadmap Development: Lay down a clear, strategic roadmap for future product development and innovation aligned with the company's growth objectives and market trends.
- Market Expansion and Monetization: Lead initiatives to identify and activate new market segments in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Process Optimization: Streamline processes and workflows within the product management and design teams for increased efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Achieve alignment within the product squad and between squads. Create a clear understanding within their area about what we are building and why.
- Team Development: Involve in recruiting efforts and play a strong role in the development of the team. Establish a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team, with noticeable growth in team skills and capabilities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Articulate and evangelize product area’s vision and strategy to the executive teams, evangelize investment in new and existing product areas, and drive teams to achieve shared objectives.
- Metrics-Driven Decision Making: Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continually optimize products for better performance.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and challenges.
About you:
- 10+ years of experience in building B2B SaaS products for Mid and Enterprise markets. Proven experience in launching new or transforming existing B2B SaaS products.
- An additional advantage would be having experience in the marketing industry.
- Strategic but not only - ready to get your hands dirty to make sure products stay on target. Hands-on attitude, someone who talks with customers.
- The heart of the company, someone who brings together different teams to achieve business goals, fosters transparent communication, and maintains a positive attitude.
- Experience in leadership and proven "Manager of managers" experience with the ability to optimize team performance, and ensure their growth.
- Experience in formulating, communicating, and executing different product strategies, including core product strategy, Product-Market Fit (PMF) expansion strategy, growth and monetization strategy.
- Proficient in constructing, overseeing, and refining critical phases of the user experience journey including activation, retention, and expansion.
- Seasoned in customer development techniques and market research methodologies.
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in remote/distributed environments
- Fluent writing and oral communication in English (C1+)
