The Digital Payments organization is a motivated, forward thinking team comprised of high talent product managers with a singular focus of delivering innovative payment services via the most important platforms of today and tomorrow. We seek to transform customer experiences, simplify the ways we do business, and tirelessly drive toward product excellence. Chase is seeking a product manager to assist with the day to day management of our mobile wallet, merchant and strategic partners within the Embedded Payments team.

  • The ideal candidate understands the mobile & emerging payments landscape, is an avid user of digital payment applications and interested in product.
  • The successful candidate is outcome driven and will work across the business extensively and must demonstrate the ability to navigate a matrixed environment.
  • Candidates must have outstanding analytical skills. This candidate will be responsible for creating internal spend analysis.
  • Candidates should have excellent written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities may include

  • Support the day to day relationship management initiatives for digital wallet and strategic partners, working cross functionally with our internal partners
  • Track and analyze metrics related to embedded spend in digital wallets and strategic partners in conjunction with analytics team
  • Provide regular reporting analysis on relationship status
  • Document Competitive intelligence trends in the payments landscape
  • Create presentation materials for internal and external meetings
  • Set and manage expectations through effective written and oral communications
  • Proven track record of organization, planning, structured thinking and strong focus on execution and team building
  • Work across multiple internal teams (Payments, Corporate Development, Card, Marketing, Legal, Controls, etc.

Qualifications

  • Required Skills
  • 7 years product management, strategy, business development, analytics or relevant experience
  • Flexible mindset and willingness to adapt to change
  • Experience with collaborating with cross functional teams
  • Strong understanding of digital and mobile payments
  • Strong ability to analyze data, recommend hypothesis, and communicate effectively & confidently (both verbal and written)
  • Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize projects and efforts according to business need and industry trends
  • Familiarity with the business services and offerings associated with Chase
  • BS or MS in Business Management or comparable field of study
  • Relevant experience working in payments space
