Web3 Content Lead

We’re currently hiring for a full-time Web3 Content Lead to join Fire (www.joinfire.xyz) - a high-growth web3 consumer company in our portfolio.

This role can be based in San Francisco, Miami, or remote.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the content strategy from ideation to execution. Including but not limited to: blog content, Twitter threads, and partnerships.
  • Develop educational resources that highlight the problem and solution of our product.
  • Have your finger on the pulse of what’s going on in web3 in order to quickly cover events that are actively occurring.
  • Identify partnership opportunities with web3 companies, media organizations, and influencers to cross-promote.
  • Work with creators to translate written content into organic short-form video content.
  • Launch newsletter programs to our current subscribers and grow newsletter list across website and marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Have:

  • Previous content marketing experience in a web3/crypto company.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, able to work independently and effectively in a results-oriented, efficient environment.
  • Excellent writing and project management skills.
  • Natural curiosity and desire to learn how to approach building a business.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to take on tasks outside of your comfort zone.
