Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain responsive websites using Webflow, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Collaborate with designers and project managers to translate design concepts into functional websites.
Implement animations, interactions, and other dynamic elements to enhance user engagement.
Customize and optimize Webflow templates to meet specific project requirements.
Ensure websites are SEO-friendly and comply with web standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and other technical problems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Webflow updates, web design trends, and best practices.
Provide training and support to clients on using Webflow CMS.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Webflow Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in Webflow, including CMS, interactions, and responsive design.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work on time.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Finsweet's Client First methodology.
Familiarity with other web design and development tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
Knowledge of custom code integration within Webflow.
Basic understanding of web accessibility standards.
