Role Overview
We are looking for a solutions-oriented, collaborative, and analytical webflow developer to help us grow and maintain our company websites. You will be responsible for making our sites user friendly, accessible, attractive, and secure. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in building responsive and interactive websites using the Webflow platform. The ideal candidate should have expertise in handling complex tasks on Webflow and be able to integrate various no-code tools to create seamless user experiences.
This role will require both creativity and technical acumen, as well as the ability to learn new skills quickly. A deep understanding of optimizing website performance based on Real User Monitoring (RUM), ensuring SEO-friendly design, and adherence to modern design principles are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive, interactive websites using Webflow for our clients
- Integrate various no-code tools such as Zapier to enhance website functionality and user experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to design, functionality, and performance
- Optimize website performance based on Real User Monitoring (RUM) metrics
- Implement SEO-friendly design practices and adhere to modern design principles
- Collaborate with team members to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Webflow development
In 1 Month you will:
- Review all existing webpages, understand the structure, process and setup
- Make copy changes
In 3 months you will:
- Check page responsiveness
- Handle Browser Compatibility and its related issues
In 6 months you will:
- Page Speed and improvement
- SEO optimization
- Improved internal integrations like Zoho, Slack etc.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in developing websites using Webflow CMS
- Demonstrated ability to figure things out and adapt to new tools and technologies
- Proficiency in integrating no-code tools to solve customer problems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Solid understanding of website performance optimization, SEO best practices, and Webflow design principles
- Advanced HTML/CSS, XML, SQL and Javascript experience.
- Proven skills in A/B testing strategies
- Experience using Figma and Adobe Photoshop
