Webflow Developer
We are an innovative group of product strategists, designers, and developers. Together we create custom app solutions for startups and mid-sized businesses and tackle some of the biggest problems in healthcare, fintech, blockchain technology, and on-demand. Due to our expansions, we are searching for a part-time Webflow Developer to join our team.

The key characteristics we're looking for are:
- At least 2 years’ experience in developing websites using Webflow.
- Prototyping techniques and tools like Figma.
- Knowledge of integrating analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, etc.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The Ability to "figure it out" when you hit roadblocks.
Projects You’ll Be Working On:
As an agency, you will be in charge of a variety of innovative projects aiming to push the limits in healthcare, fintech, edtech, crypto, and on-demand space.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Passionate and creative designer who will develop, manage, build & maintain client websites using Webflow.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and build reusable code and libraries that drive complex web applications.
- Flexibility in taking Vacation and Sick days off.
- Optimizing applications for maximum speed, scalability, SEO and responsiveness.
Important to know:
- Since we are fully remote and our team is across the globe, you are expected to interact with different teams and need to be flexible with different time zones. All our employees must overlap at a minimum between 7 AM and 11 AM Pacific Standard Time

- This position is part-time or on an ad-hoc basis, requiring a commitment of 20 hours or less per week.
