We’re looking for a Website Designer to join our Professional Services Team, who want to disrupt the travel industry and love to travel as much as we do. As a Website Designer Specialist, you will make our company motto of “more reservations, happier guests” a reality by providing outstanding customer account management and creating great websites our customers from around the world will be proud of.
Location: Remote
Working shifts: 3 PM to 12 AM UTC (8am to 5pm California Time)
What You Will Do:
- Conceptualize, use a consultative approach in creating high quality, professional, hospitality websites for our customers through our in-house website builder
- Manage the website onboarding projects and service delivery timelines of multiple accounts
- Manage all records and upkeep all task management systems related to websites service delivery
- Directly work with and effectively communicate with our different customer profiles through video calls, emails, and voice call
- Assist with website service scoping or questions from potential customers
- Investigate on website errors or support, research, and suggest on website service improvement
- Manage internal escalations and coordinate with internal teams to give website onboarding updates or resolve customer concerns
- Onboard customers effectively and publish quality websites efficiently by following internal standard procedures and collaborating with a team of website designers
- Use graphic design tools to create visual elements that are in line with our customers’ branding
- Resourceful and can research and develop content to build websites quickly
- Passionate about meeting customers from all over the world and happy to provide them genuine customer service
- Problem solver, resolves and handles customer complaint
- Up to date with website trends and website development techniques that are most most effective in engaging consumers
- Able to handle multiple deadline-driven pressure
- Involved in developing website service improvement processes and projects
Key Competencies include:
- Creative, has a keen eye for design, and high attention to detail
- Effective execution and management of several website projects with varying processes in a timely manner
- Effective communication and Emotional Intelligence: outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong empathy for customers and their success
- Able to lead and collaborate with a diverse team of different personality types
- Open to general changes, improvements and process updates
- Highly organized, can handle result-driven pressure, proactive, self-starter, and team player with a love of continually improving the processes around you
You’ll Succeed With:
- 1+ years of Website Design and Development experience preferred
- 1+ HTML and CSS experience preferred
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Canva preferred
- Experience with (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal or Duda preferred
- Fluent English
- Background in customer service or professional services onboarding
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills and emotional management
- Excellent internet/wifi connection
