We’re looking for a Website Marketing Manager to help take the performance of our D2C landing pages and blog pages to the next level, helping fuel the growth of our consumer business. We’re at the start of our journey of defining what the best web experiences and narratives should look like for our direct-to-consumer funnels. If you’re passionate about user experiences, storytelling and leveraging data to uncover and execute high-impact landing pages to meet customer needs and convert our audience, we’d love to talk to you.
What you’ll do:
- Build and own overall website strategy for the consumer business, focused on building and optimizing landing pages for specific customer journeys
- Identify, develop and execute strategies and testing plans to improve on-site email capture and conversion across D2C landing pages, the BetterUp blog, and other relevant web and digital experiences
- Use your analytical expertise to synthesize inputs from various data sources to uncover insights, make recommendations, and inform test hypotheses
- Own the process from beginning to end, ranging across test ideation, socialization, building landing page briefs, execution, analysis and reporting
- Develop reporting and monitor/analyze what’s working and what’s not, in order to update your testing strategy and identify new opportunities
- Manage our CRO/SEO agency agency relationship and roadmap
- Own website analytics and full funnel marketing analytics reporting. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed.
- Work cross functionally with product and other marketing channel owners to deliver on a cohesive customer journey
- Collaborate with UX designers and web developers to bring remarkable, conversion-optimized web experiences to life
- Effectively communicate results or recommendations to a variety of internal teams
If you have some or all of the following, please apply:
- 5+ years experience in web strategy/digital marketing for a D2C company
- Experience running CRO on websites or high-trafficked blogs or marketing campaigns
- Experience running A/B or multivariate tests
- Fluency in web analytics tools (e.g. Amplitude, Looker, HubSpot, etc)
- Experience in CRO platforms and setting up tests is a plus (e.g. VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize)
- Light web development experience is a plus
- SEO experience is a plus
- Chatbot optimization experience is a plus

At BetterUp, we compensate our employees fairly for their work. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, residence location, as well as market indicators. The range below is representative of base salary only and does not include equity, sales bonus plans (when applicable) and benefits. This range may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this role is $102,100 – $173,250.
If you live in New York, the base salary range for this role is:
$115,500 – $173,250 : New York City
$108,700 – $135,900 : Nassau, Newburgh
$102,100 – $153,050 : Albany, Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse
