Operations Director

WeSolv is looking for a detail AND process-oriented Operations Director to build internal and external systems and processes that will allow us to scale our customer base, team, & success. You will be responsible for improving company performance, shaping its GTM and customer engagement strategies, and creating all critical processes to deliver value to our growing customer base.

Role Responsibilities

1. Strategic Mapping

  • Serve as a thought leader and partner to the CEO and the leadership team
  • Define ST and LT goals, priorities, and outcomes
  • Create and execute GTM and customer success strategies to accelerate our path to $1M total revenue
  • Create and perform quality controls and monitor operational KPI’s

2. Customer Growth and Success

  • Continuously innovate our GTM tactics to attract, win, and retain company clients
  • Scale WeSolv’s Case Challenge process by implementing the most critical improvements and automation to the end-to-end client lifecycle
  • Guide multidisciplinary teams to collaborate to execute the roadmap cohesively
  • Set SOPs for client management and build the Project Management team which handles all client interactions
  • Identify ways to automate support interactions to increase our ability to manage more clients

3. People & Culture

  • We will work together to build a positive culture in line with WeSolv’s Core Values that drive successful results, employee happiness, and retention.
  • Create standards for efficient onboarding, mentoring/coaching, goal setting, and performance management.
  • Identify areas to build and implement operational efficiencies for all business functions

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as an operational leader at a technology-driven company
  • 2+ years of experience leading projects with diverse stakeholders, with some client-facing responsibilities preferred
  • 2+ years of experience as a people manager, preferably having managed your team’s hiring process & led various diversity hiring efforts
  • Experience leading startups from early to post-series B is preferred but not required
  • Technology savvy with deep experience with productivity tools such as Asana, Hubspot, G-Suite, Intercom Salesforce, etc.
  • Strong data analytics knowledge preferred (SQL, Tableau, etc.)
  • Success building, scaling, and managing world-class processes.
  • You enjoy learning and continuously evolving your skillset to keep up with the ever-changing tech and business landscape.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading operations from startup phase to post series B is preferred but not required
  • Extensive project management experience and/or PMP certification is preferred but not required
  • Technology savvy with deep experience with productivity tools such as: Asana, Hubspot, G-Suite, Intercom etc.
  • Success building, scaling, and managing world-class processes.
  • You enjoy learning and continuously evolving your skillset to keep up with the ever-changing tech and business landscape.
