The Graphic Designer will craft visually compelling designs that encapsulate the Fanatics Live brand and engage our audience across various digital platforms.

This role is crucial in ensuring that our visual communications are modern, engaging, and aligned with current trends, especially Web3 aesthetics. Reporting to the VP of Growth, the Graphic Designer will work hand-in-hand with marketing, content, and product teams to produce designs that not only catch the eye but also drive user engagement and action.

Location: Remote USA, or onsite at either our NYC or LA office.

This position is a contractor role with a term of 30 days and then month to month afterwards based on business needs.

Scope of Work:

  • Responsible for creating social, web, email, and other graphics for our live commerce business. Lead efforts in designing against a daily cadence of campaigns and creative stories.
  • Work with the VP of Growth and Analytics to identify projects and areas of need.
  • Create a project intake process and own proposal creation to clearly define deliverables and timeline for each project.
  • Help define a cohesive visual identity for Fanatics Live assets across growth campaigns and assist sellers and partners in visual identity development.

Responsibilities:

  • Design compelling graphics for digital ads, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
  • Apply modern Web3 aesthetics, creating fun and engaging visuals that resonate with the target audience.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Provide recommendations for design improvements across various digital platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in graphic design, specifically for digital ads and email campaigns.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Web3 aesthetics and the ability to create visually striking and engaging graphics.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital designs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to receive and apply feedback effectively.

$30 - $40 an hour
