The base salary range for this role is $121,100 per year - $198,950 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award.

As a Senior Manager, Affiliate Partnerships at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you are here to manage affiliate marketing sportsbook partnerships. Reporting into the Director, Paid Marketing, you will play an integral role on the Marketing team, as well as the wider Fanatics Betting & Gaming. Our partnerships with leading sports organizations, teams and franchises provides both our customers and team members with unique sporting experience:

Responsibilities

  • Manage all Affiliate Marketing sportsbook partnerships; Run strategy, execution
  • Face of Affiliate team in US for conferences, entertainment, and relationship management
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for tentpole events through the year, heading up offers, creative, and execution strategies for affiliate, search and social tied to start of NFL Season, NFL Playoffs, Super Bowl, March Madness, Major Golf Tournaments, World Cup, etc.
  • Ownership of the Affiliate Marketing strategy for PointsBet’s Casino division
  • Conduct monthly affiliate reviews to improve the ROI of our channel on a partner-by-partner basis, implement offer or rewards plan changes to improve affiliate payback time
  • Manage the cross-sell activities for retail partners and access partners across all states
  • Manage and improve external performance partner relationships – includes media, leagues, teams, brands, influencers. Providing consistent partner-specific solutions for campaign optimization
  • Deliver team reporting, specific to the Affiliate business in Sportsbook and Casino for US

Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor level degree or relevant work experience
  • 2+ years of experience working with affiliate marketing, partnership marketing or similar field
  • Strong work ethic. Accountable, driven, and pushes self and others for results
  • Relates and works cooperatively with people across levels, functions, culture, and geography to achieve shared goals
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in coordinating projects and deadlines
  • Experience dealing with large media budgets or multiple partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel knowledge
  • Experience with MyAffiliates or similar tools preferred
  • Experience working in sports is a plus
  • Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings
